O&N Group began in july 2002 from the merger of rosi spa, leader in modern distribution, with sicotex srl, leader in the traditional distribution.
Rosi was founded after world war ii and was producing shoe soles from used tires, from 1961 it began the production of door mats. Over the years, the type of products, the production units and the companies of the group have increased and diversified.
